Job Capacity Account Services (JCAc)
The Healthy Minds team includes five registered psychologists who are highly experienced in assisting clients to overcome both non-vocational and vocational barriers to employment. Our team has experience in providing counselling, assessments and case management to clients participating in a range of employment services including job network services, vocational rehabilitation, DEN and PSP. We provide a client centered approach to overcoming barriers to employment and increasing motivation to return to work.
Our team has worked widely with clients presenting with a range of psychological and social issues; including addictions, offending behaviours, housing crisis, social isolation and other health issues.

Return to Work Programs
Healthy Minds also provides specialist assessments, interventions and return to work group programs to assist candidates to return to work. We currently provide services to Job Network companies and Vocational Rehabilitation organisations to assist candidates to overcome their barriers to employment.
